Our story began in 2005 in a small, welcoming restaurant. Founder Lorenzo Bianchi, drawing on years of experience in Italy, set out to share the authentic taste of Italian pizza with a wider audience.
Though the first location was modest, with only a few tables, it quickly gained recognition for its exceptional dough, crafted using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
In that inaugural year, the team consisted of just four members, with Lorenzo personally preparing every pizza. The remarkable flavor and quality quickly captured attention, laying the foundation for Axenexis's growing reputation and success.
The success of our first restaurant paved the way for Axenexis to grow, opening new locations in the following years — each maintaining the same dedication to authenticity and high-quality standards.
